To participate in the XIV Bank Summit on Innovations and Development you must send a completed participant registration form addressed to the Organizing Committee before April 20, get a confirmation and pay the registration fee.
The Summit participant registration fee includes:
  • accommodation at St. Rafael 5* hotel
  • full board during the Summit
  • participation in the Summit business and cultural activities
  • transfer services*
The registration fee for bank representatives is**:
  • Package 1: 75,000 rubles, inclusive of VAT (one participant, single room accommodation)
  • Package 2: 65,000 rubles, inclusive of VAT (one participant, double room accommodation)
  • Package 3: 99,000 rubles, inclusive of VAT (one participant with an accompanying person)
Please note! 
 We offer a 10% discount for the participants of previous Summits.
 We offer a 10% discount for the participants registered before March 15, 2017.
 The discounts are cumulative!
* The participants must purchase the tickets and pay for the flight individually. Please note that the Organizing Committee will meet and transfer from/to the airport only those participants that acquire the tickets to recommended flights and inform the organizers of their arrival time.
** The terms of participation are different for representatives of non-banking organizations and can be provided upon a special request.
The registration fee must be paid within 10 business days from the receipt of the invoice. Registration will be confirmed upon the receipt of the registration form completed on the Summit website.
Participants that refuse to participate must notify the Organizing Committee in writing before March 20, 2017 for a 100% refund of the fee. For a 50% refund, participants must send their refusal before April 5, 2017; no fees shall be refunded after April 15.
